The Name Matters
Gabrielle Martha Creative isn’t just a business name. It’s part of my story.
Gabrielle means “God is my strength,” a truth my parents clung to in the earliest moments of my life, naming me with that hope in mind. I’ve watched that meaning unfold again and again throughout my story. Starting this business was one of those moments - a step of faith, trusting that His strength carries me in work and every part of life.
Martha is a family name I share with other loved ones.
The Color Was Chosen for a Reason
Blue has always meant more to me than a color palette.
It was the color of the sky the day I gave my life to Jesus, a moment I’ll never forget. To me, blue reflects peace, clarity, and presence. It’s woven into this brand as a quiet reminder of where everything started and the One who’s been faithful through it all.
The Butterfly Has a Story
One day, in a quiet moment of prayer, I asked God for a sign. A monarch butterfly appeared and fluttered by me. I almost couldn’t believe it, yet I know the One who sent it. That butterfly has come to represent God’s nearness, His kindness, and the gentle ways He reminds me I’m not alone.
You’ll see it here and there throughout the brand, and every time you do, know it’s not just decoration. It’s a symbol that even in the waiting, God is at work. The journey to the promise shapes us just as much as the promise itself. Our dreams aren’t just vivid imagination; they’re often glimpses of something He’s preparing us for. And when we trust His timing, we find that every step, even the slow ones, is part of a story more beautiful than we could have dreamed up on our own.
Even the Font Has Meaning
The font I chose - Boston Angel - is a nod to my lifelong love for the Boston Celtics. Let’s go 19!
